22nd International 3D GeoInfo Conference & 11th International Smart Data and Smart Cities Conference
Two conferences, one week in Rabat
After Sydney 2022, Kashiwa 2025 and Sofia 2026, the joint 3D GeoInfo and Smart Data Smart Cities conference comes to Africa for the first time. Hosted by IAV Hassan II in Rabat, the capital of Morocco, the event brings together researchers, practitioners, industry and government to advance 3D geoinformation and data-driven smart cities.
22nd International 3D GeoInfo Conference
The 3D GeoInfo conference aims to bring together international researchers, practitioners and professionals from academia, industry and government to discuss the latest advances in 3D geoinformation science and technology. This annual event offers a multidisciplinary and inter-sectoral forum in the fields of 3D/4D data collection, management, data quality, analysis, advanced modelling and visualisation, with a strong focus on cutting-edge research, standardisation, implementation and application issues across different disciplines.
Organised under the umbrella of ISPRS. Proceedings in ISPRS Annals and Archives.
11th International Smart Data and Smart Cities Conference

Venue
Institut Agronomique et Vétérinaire Hassan II
IAV Hassan II is Morocco's leading institution for agronomy, veterinary sciences and geomatics, and home to the Department of Geodesy and Surveying (Filière de Formation en Topographie). The campus sits in Madinat Al Irfane, the university district of Rabat, next to Mohammed V University and the National School of Computer Science (ENSIAS), a few minutes from the Agdal and Hay Riad business districts.
Madinat Al Irfane, B.P. 6202, Rabat-Instituts, 10101 Rabat, Morocco
Rabat, a UNESCO World Heritage city, combines the historic Medina, the Kasbah of the Udayas and the Hassan Tower with a modern capital that hosts national ministries, universities and the Bouregreg valley redevelopment, making it a natural setting for a conference on 3D city information and smart cities.
